Tasks and functions of the Gomel city Executive Committee
The Homel city Executive Committee is the Executive and administrative body on the territory of the city of Gomel and operates on the basis of the Constitution of the Republic of Belarus, Law of the Republic of Belarus of 4 January 2010 "On local government and self-government in the Republic of Belarus" and other legislative acts.
The city of Gomel on the territorial principle is divided into four regions: Central, Railway, Soviet and Navabelitski
