FOR THE ATTENTION OF PROVIDERS OF DOMESTIC SERVICES! THE CERTICATION SHALL NOT NEGATE THE EFFECT OF NPA!
From 1 January 2016 in accordance with part 2 of article 36 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus No. 269-Z "On conformity assessment to requirements of technical normative legal acts in the sphere of technical regulation and standardization" provides for cancellation of mandatory certification.
Reference: Until 1 January 2016 mandatory certification subject to the following domestic services:
household services hairdressing to the public;
services chemical cleaning household for the population;
services in repair and maintenance of household electronic equipment for the population;
services in repair and maintenance of electrical machinery and appliances to the public;
services for maintenance and repair of vehicles.
From 1 January 2016 mandatory confirmation of conformity should only be objects of conformity assessment, in respect of which the requirements of technical regulations. Currently in the Republic technical regulations for the above types of household services available.
However, this does not negate the effect of a number of normative legal acts, including technical regulation of entities providing consumer services.
So, the relationship between performers and consumers in the domestic sector are governed by the Rules of consumer services of consumers (resolution of the Council of Ministers from 14.12.2004 № 1590), which determine, including particularly the provision of services for chemical cleaning, hairdressing, repair of household electrical goods, maintenance and repair of vehicles.
Also for these types of services subject to the technical regulatory legal acts which establish the technical requirements for the provision of public services, safety requirements, environmental protection etc.:
in the provision of hairdressing services:

In addition, entities providing domestic services to consumers, subject to the Sanitary standards and regulations approved by decrees of the Ministry of health. Specified of Sanitary norms and rules set hygiene requirements to the area production processes and equipment, microclimate, ventilation and lighting, water supply and Sewerage, sanitary and domestic security, working conditions, etc.:
