RESPONSES TO ELECTRONIC TREATMENT OF MASSIVE PROPORTION

Response to citizens ' appeals concerning questions of construction "18-storey residential building efficiency SOSka, 5 in the city of Gomel"

In accordance with the data of the Unified state register of immovable property, rights thereto and transactions therewith, the land area 0,6339 hectares allocated for the construction of the object "18-storey residential building efficiency SOSka, 5 in the city of Gomel", registered in the permanent use for the additional liability company "Agrostroyprom" (hereinafter - ODO "Agrostroyprom").

Project documentation for object "18-storey residential building efficiency SOSka, 5 in the city of Gomel" is made in the framework of existing norms and legislation.

The object "of 18-storey residential building efficiency SOSka, 5 in the city of Gomel" has received a positive opinion issued by ODO "Agrostroyprom" subsidiary Republican unitary enterprises "Gosstroyekspertiza in the Gomel region" of June 2, 2017 based on the following documentation:

• the conclusion of the State scientific institution "Institute of History National Academy of Sciences of Belarus"
  of April 17, 2017 No. 352-02-01/367;

• agreement dated March 1, 2017. of intent between the Gomel Jewish Community "Beit Jacob" and ODO "Agrostroyprom" in the preservation of historical heritage and memory of the Jewish people, the observance of the laws of Judaism, when it detects a possible burials

• contract No. 11, dated 20 April 2017 on the implementation of land survey in recognition of the finding of the remains of the cemetery (excavation) at St. Soscol, 5.

Further investigation of the land law is not required.

Based on the foregoing, the use of the construction site of the project: "an 18-storey residential building efficiency SOSka, 5 in the city of Gomel" on a functional purpose in keeping with the guidelines of the General plan of the city of Gomel, approved by the decree of the President of the Republic of Belarus of December 14, 2016 No. 453, and also the town-planning project of detailed planning "a Detailed plan of the Central part of Gomel with the project of regeneration of historic areas", developed in 2005 in accordance with the decree of the President of the Republic of Belarus of 28 July 2003 No. 332 and approved by the decision of the Gomel city Executive Committee dated 21 June 2006 No. 592.
