The amount of dividends is not guaranteed and depends on the performance of the company.
The right to receive dividends belongs to shareholders included into the list of persons participating in the General meeting adopted the resolution on payment of dividends.
The exchange of shares in IDH "Property" is in any branch of JSC "JSSB Belarusbank" which carry out this operation, according to the list of enterprises whose shares are exchanged for IDH "Property" in the branch of JSC "JSSB Belarusbank" which opened a special (cheque) account of the citizen.
To perform the operation on the exchange of shares in IDH "Property", the citizen presents the passport and certificate of IDH "Property".

WHERE TO INVEST 'PROPERTY' CHEQUES?
Currently, to exchange for IDH "Property" inhabitants of the Gomel region by departments of OJSC "ASB Belarusbank" offered shares 52 JSC regional and national significance, including the enterprises of agroindustrial and building complexes, transport, trade and hotel services.

The treatment of IDH "Property" ends on 31 December 2020.
Please note that for exchange to IDH Property offers shares of the following companies with the share of the city of Gomel in statutory funds:
- JSC "Gomelpromstroy";
- JSC "Complex partner";
- JSC "Gomel center of martial arts."
The exchange of shares in IDH "Property" is in the ratio of 1:1, respectively.
The exchange of IDH "Property" for shares is simple:
1. Contact the Department of JSC "JSSB Belarusbank" which carry out this operation.
2. To see a list of companies in which shares are offered for exchange on IDH "Property", and to make a choice.
This list includes the units of the JSC "JSSB Belarusbank", as well as on the websites of the Gomel city Executive Committee (http://www.gomel.gov.by in the section "Economy") and the Committee of the "Gomeloblimuschestvo" (gomeloblim.gov.by in the section "About Committee").
3. To produce documents – the passport of the citizen of the Republic of Belarus and the certificate of IDH "Property".
4. Exchange.
Exchange IDH "Property" on shares of those companies which are exchanged in the unit of JSC "JSSB Belarusbank" which opened a special checking account of the citizen.
Remember that you can invest cheques personally assessed without restrictions and re-arranged by close relatives (parents, children, spouses, brothers and sisters, grandchildren, grandparents, mother-in-law, father-in-law, father-in-law and mother-in-law) – not more than 250 checks.
