Information portal of the state employment service designed to transfer public services and employers of the Republic of Belarus in electronic form.

The portal of the state employment service available on the Internet at: gsz.gov.by

The portal allows you to:

• create for each client of the state employment service "personal Cabinet";

• to submit information on vacancies in the on-line in bodies of state employment service with the subsequent publication of them on the web, and also in the automated mode, transmit to the portal jobs, details of which are provided in the public employment service in paper form;

• to obtain information on the availability of vacancies in the whole country and for each region or locality separately;

• to view a summary filled by individuals in the "personal Cabinet" on the portal or transmitted to the portal at the request of the unemployed with public service employment;

• to subscribe to the newsletter as resumes, the same information about vacancies and also receive a notification e-mail about the appearance in the portal a suitable option for employment;

• to send the response to the questionnaire-summary or vacancy by sending information in the "personal account" of an applicant or tenant respectively;

• to inform citizens and organizations about the situation on the labor market of the Republic, organized events contact data of all departments of the state employment service and its services;

• to access the databank of the professiogram for the implementation of the career guidance of citizens, as well as information on training the unemployed;

• to access the regulatory legal acts regulating the activities of the state employment service in the field of employment.

To work on the portal requires that the applicant:

• a registered e-mail;

• to perform the access to the Internet and to register on the portal of public employment services (gsz.gov.by);

• carry out the activation of the "personal profile" by clicking on the link sent by the portal gsz.gov.by to the specified registration e-mail (in a subsequent authentication on the portal in the "personal account" of the applicant is performed by login and password).

To work on the portal, the employer should:

• the certificate public key verify digital signature issued by the certification authority of the Fund of social protection of population (hereinafter - EDS);

• a registered e-mail;

• To configure a personal computer to use a digital signature;

• to perform the access to the Internet and carry out the activation of the "personal profile" by logging into the portal (gsz.gov.by) with key signature.

*in the absence in the organization of a digital signature issued by the certification authority of the Fund of social protection of the population, it is necessary to apply to the regional Department of the social protection Fund under the territorial jurisdiction of the organization.
