MTZ Holding to incorporate three machine tool factories in 2023
MTZ Holding will incorporate three machine tool factories in the first half of 2023, BelTA learned from the press service of MTZ.
“A decision was made to incorporate the open joint-stock companies Gomel Machine Tool Units Plant, StankoGomel and Vistan into MTZ Holding. During the first half of 2023, these companies will become part of our holding company, which will allow us to produce machine tools specifically to our needs,” the press service informed.
The press service noted that being part of MTZ Holding, these three companies will have a stable workload and guaranteed orders for industrial equipment.
Minsk Tractor Works (MTZ trademark) is one of the largest manufacturers of agricultural machines not only in the CIS states but the entire world. MTZ offers over 100 tractor models in more than 200 modifications for all climatic and operational conditions. New models boast great capabilities with regard to the aggregation of agricultural machines of various manufacturers. MTZ designs, makes, and exports wheel tractors and spare parts, licenses their production abroad, organizes and offers aftersales service for sold vehicles, and offers personnel training with regard to operation and maintenance of the vehicles the company makes.
