How to know related to whether a citizen is not engaged in the economy

In order to inform citizens about finding them in the database of able-bodied citizens, not employed in the economy, have introduced an online service providing information about referring the citizen to not engaged in the economy.

The service is available from December 1, 2018.

To use this service the citizen can only against themselves.

What should I do?

The first step.

To obtain an electronic digital signature or unique identifier of the login name and password.

1. For obtaining digital signature the citizen addresses in the national certifying center Gossec (details at the link https://nces.by/pki/) and is registered on a Single portal of electronic services according to the instructions. A paid service.

2. To obtain a unique identifier national must apply:

- in service "One window" and to show the passport. On the basis of the statement formed the personal electronic Cabinet of the citizen and issued a unique ID: the login and password;

Second step.

You must register on the portal: log in to your personal account.

Authorization is carried out according to the method of registration using a unique identifier or using means of electronic digital signature.

The third step.

After entering the personal Cabinet of the citizen must choose a service 3.33.03 "the Provision of information about reference people not involved in the economy" and get the answer.
