The rationale and description of the planned economic and other activities in the framework of the program of perspective development of JSC "Gomel chemical plant" for 2016-2020 planned construction of a specified object. The object of the construction is the concentration of stocks of finished products are packaged in containers ("big-bag"), storing and ensuring the smooth and rhythmic execution of orders of consumers (buyers).

A statement about the need for a meeting to discuss the EIA report can be sent to the Homel city Executive Committee (246050, Gomel, Sovetskaya St., 16; tel/Fax 8 0232 60 53 96; ekogik@gorod.gomel.by) within 10 working days from the date of commencement of the public hearings to 31.07.2019 (inclusive).

In the case of proceeds from public statements about the need for a meeting to discuss the EIA report, the date and venue will be announced in the media.

A statement of intent to conduct public environmental review can be directed to OJSC "Gomel chemical plant" (246026, Khimzavodskaya str., 5, Gomel; abonent@himzavod.by, tel/Fax 8 0232 23 12 42) within 10 working days from the date of commencement of the public hearings to 31.07.2019 (inclusive).

A description of planned activities	Reconstruction of the existing building (a capital structure with accession number 310/S-8479) with the device in it's own freestanding boiler running on waste-soaked cord with a mechanical fuel supply. In provides boiler installation heating system with a capacity of 0.63 MW, in the amount of 2 pieces includes the following equipment: –vortex burner of series "TV"; –the boiler hot water "CWR" (with the mixing); –screw feed series "SHP"; –fans of boost, hog, smoke pipe, flue gas cleaning system; accessories. The projected boiler equipment will run on waste production – waste impregnated cord. Waste impregnated cord are formed from the existing production for processing waste tires.
